Instructions
Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, scallions, and dill weed together in a stand mixer.
Spread a thin layer on each slice of mini party rye bread.
Slice cucumbers and carrots about 1/16” thin with a mandoline and arrange on top of cheese. Serve immediately.
It’s not recommended that they be made a day ahead as the bread can get soggy. However, you can mix the cheese blend and slice the veggies a day ahead.
Notes
If you do not have a mandoline, you could always use a vegetable peeler and have strips of cucumbers and carrots instead of the layered discs.
