  • 1 Pound of Asparagus washed and trimmed
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Rinse asparagus and shake off some of the excess water. Cut the woody end of the stalks (about 2 inches/5cm). Place in microwave safe dish, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until desired tenderness. Careful when removing from microwave because the dish will be very hot.
