Smoked Turkey Salad

Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 Cups Cooked Smoked Turkey white and dark meat chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Celery chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Red Seedless Grapes cut in half (link to video of me cutting grapes)
  • 1/2 Cup Onions chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Tarragon dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop smoked turkey, onions and celery into small pieces. Slice grapes in half (see video for easy way to cut all at once instead of one at a time). Combine all ingredients and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve on a croissant, a bed of lettuce or right out of the bowl.
